The Poco Pad receives certification and will become the Redmi Pad Pro.

Alongside Redmi, Poco is one of Xiaomi's value brands. Redmi tablets have already been released, but Poco has not yet done so. That will soon change, though, as a Poco tablet was spotted in the Camera FV-5 database and has already obtained its FCC certification. As a result, we are only vaguely aware of it.

It looks that Poco Pad will be the name of the Poco tablet. For worldwide markets, it will be sold under the model number 2405CPCFBG. Xiaomi's HyperOS 1.0—possibly installed over Android 14—will be the operating system when it ships. The Poco Pad has Wi-Fi 6 support and is implied to support 33W wired charging because it includes a 33W charging adapter.

The humorous stuff comes next. This is another instance of rebranding a Redmi as a Poco, as the FCC listing verifies that the Poco Pad and the recently released Redmi Pad Pro are the same device. The Poco Pad, like the Redmi Pad Pro, has an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front-facing camera, according to the Camera FV-5 listing.

With the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC at its core, the Redmi Pad Pro boasts a 12.1-inch 1600x2560 120 Hz IPS LCD touchscreen, 6/8GB of RAM, 128/256GB of storage, and a 10,000 mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging. Therefore, when the Poco Pad launches internationally in the near future, it should also have these exact specifications.
