The Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 4G, and Note 40 Pro+ are the current four devices in Infinix's Note 40 lineup. However, four isn't enough, so the business is developing the Note 40 5G, the fifth member of the family. This phone has been seen in the Google Play Console, and it has already run Geekbench. It has also received certifications from the FCC, Wi-Fi Alliance, and BIS.
So let's get started, because there's a lot to unpack. The Note 40, which debuted in March, is limited to 4G and runs on MediaTek's Helio G99 Ultimate SoC. In contrast, the Note 40 5G is equipped with the 5G-capable MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset.
In one version, this will be paired with 8GB of RAM; however, other variants may offer greater memory capacities. Android 14 will be installed on the phone by default. It scored 2,032 multi-core points and 802 single-core points on Geekbench 6.
The Note 40 5G boasts a screen with 480ppi pixel density and 1080x2436 resolution. It has a 5,000 mAh battery life and dual-band Wi-Fi support. Unsurprisingly, its design should resemble that of its Note 40 siblings. Its back will have three cameras, though specifics are still unknown.
